Abstract

Contemporary organizations operate in conditions of increased uncertainty, complexity, and frequent crises, which necessitates the transformation of traditional approaches to human resource management. In this context, strategic human resource planning represents a key mechanism for building organizational resilience and adaptability. The aim of this paper is to analyze the role of strategic human resource management in crisis conditions, with particular emphasis on workforce planning, competency development, and leadership. The paper argues that the integration of human resources into crisis management systems significantly enhances organizational stability and performance. The findings indicate that organizations that systematically develop strategic HR mechanisms demonstrate higher levels of flexibility, faster responses to crises, and greater long-term sustainability.
